2025 Tata Altroz Facelift Unveiled: Launch Set for May 22
Tata Motors has officially taken the wraps off the 2025 Altroz Facelift, marking the first major upgrade to the premium hatchback since its original launch in January 2020. The new model brings a significantly updated design, a more premium interior, and an extended features list. The Altroz facelift is scheduled to launch in India on May 22, 2025.
Exterior Design: Bold and Modern
The updated Altroz boasts a sculpted front end with Luminate LED split headlamps, a redesigned 3D front grille, and a refreshed bumper featuring vertically placed fog-lamp housings. Along the sides, illuminated flush door handles and stylish 16-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels add to its contemporary appeal.
At the rear, the new connected LED tail-lamp bar gives the Altroz a wider, more planted look, similar to what we’ve seen on the Hyundai Venue. The ‘Altroz’ lettering is now more prominent on the tailgate, and the dual-tone rear bumper completes the sportier look. Tata is offering five new colour options: Dune Glow, Ember Glow, Royal Blue, Pure Grey, and Pristine White

Interior Inspired by Tata Nexon and Curvv
Inside, the 2025 Altroz gets a redesigned dashboard inspired by newer Tata models like the Nexon and Curvv. It now features dual 26.03 cm HD screens—a floating touchscreen infotainment system and a fully digital instrument cluster. The 2-spoke steering wheel, ambient lighting, air purifier, and upgraded upholstery lend a premium touch.
Several previously top-end features have been made more accessible, such as:
1. Electric sunroof with voice assist
2. 360-degree camera
3. Cruise control
4. Automatic headlights and wipers
5. Rear AC vents
6. 90-degree opening doors

Safety
Built on the proven ALFA architecture, the Altroz remains one of the safest hatchbacks in its class. The 2025 model continues to offer six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), and ISOFIX mounts across variants.
